Laddergram gives you three fresh word-ladder puzzles every day. Change one letter at a time to turn the start word into the target — every step has to be a real word. Match "Par" (the shortest solution) or sneak under it.

How do difficulty levels work?
Each day you get one Easy, one Medium, and one Hard puzzle. Difficulty is set by "Par" — the length of the shortest common-word solution (Easy 4–5 steps, Medium 6–7, Hard 8+).
When do new puzzles arrive?
A new set drops every day at midnight, your local time.
Is my progress saved?
Yes — your progress, streaks, and stats are stored locally on your device. No account needed.
Why do I see ads?
Laddergram is free and supported by occasional full-screen ads shown via Google AdMob, typically after you finish a puzzle. Ads are non-personalized and the app does not track you across other apps. See our Privacy Policy for details.
